For many years, exhibitor tables at Brickfair were provided at no cost. As the event has grown, we’ve introduced modest exhibitor and competition entry fees to help us manage the event more effectively and provide a better experience for everyone involved.

Your exhibitor table fee helps to:

• Confirm your commitment to exhibit, reducing the number of reserved tables that go unused on the day.
• Cover your exhibitor lanyard and personalised name badge.
• Include a complimentary LEGO gift for each exhibitor.
• Help us accurately plan floor space, resources, and event logistics.
• Contribute towards the ongoing costs of running and improving Brickfair.

Your competition entry fee helps to:

• Encourage serious entries and ensure categories reflect genuine intent to compete.
• Support the administration and coordination of the competition programme.
• Assist with judging, scoring, and category management.
• Help us provide awards, trophies, and recognition for winners.
• Maintain a fair and enjoyable competition experience for all exhibitors.
